Senior Account Manager

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Location: Liverpool HQ / Hybrid Remote (UK)

We have an exciting vacancy for an ambitious, tenacious and enthusiastic technology focussed Senior Account Manager who is a sales specialist looking for their next career step, who can help Aquarate expand by selling to new customers as well as working with our extensive partner network. This position is full-time and with flexibility to be home or office based according to location. 

Job Description:

  • Execute a strategic sales plan for allocated target new customers and key accounts

  • Secure new business wins from managing and driving the partner network

  • Work with our leadership team to identify new target organisations and/or new target markets as appropriate

  • Work to understand the culture of our prospective customers and tailor sales plans accordingly

  • Utilise CRM extensively to ensure up to date information and activities are always recorded and up to date


  • 2+ years of applicable sales experience in technology/software solution sales, preferably with Healthcare (and/or NHS exposure)

  • Verifiable track-record of sales achievement against an annual target of at least £300k Y1 contract value

  • Good commercial awareness and the ability to project a confident and professional image and present well to an audience

  • Self-starter – equally comfortable with new business leads or prospecting for own leads

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Good level of software and technical applications and how they are deployed commercially
