Acquisition Marketing Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Location: Liverpool HQ / Hybrid Remote (UK)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced  Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing health tech startup. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition.
 

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to think strategically while also being hands-on and execution-focused. If you are passionate about marketing and want to make a real impact in a fast-growing health tech startup, we want to hear from you.

Job Description:

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives

  • Track and analyse marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance and ROI

  • Manage our marketing budget, and ensure that all marketing activities are cost-effective and provide a strong return on investment

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing

  • Identify and target key audiences, and develop relevant messaging and content to engage and convert them

  • Build out the marketing function and team from the ground up as the business grows

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and online advertising

  • Develop and execute events and PR campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive leads

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategy
     

Requirments: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role

  • Experience of developing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and PR

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate reports and communicate team members and stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously

  • Experience of Mailchimp & CRM integration is a plus

  • Experience in health tech or related industry is a plus

  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
