Sales and Marketing Internship (6-12 Months Opportunity)

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a B2B health technology business that are true leaders in their field. We’re looking for a driven, ambitious individual who wants to create a career in social media and content marketing. We’re offering a flexible schedule if you are in continuous education or you wish to pursue other opportunities simultaneously. We provide extensive training, guidance and support, as well as the opportunity to experience a medical technology start up from the inside and gain valuable work experience. You’ll be working remotely with access to the Liverpool office. Start date: Immediately.

 

Job Description:

 

As a Sales and Marketing Intern you will play a key role within the team especially building our content and collateral, assisting with campaigns, PR execution, engagement, brand building and researching relevant events and conferences within the sector. We are looking for a genuine self-starter who has ability, potential, and a thirst to learn and grow as the company does.

 

Day to Day you Will:

 

  • Be responsible for lead generation across social media channels 

  • Build connections across LinkedIn to gain an extensive group of relevant contacts for lead generation.

  • Customer service support against sales.

  • Develop content creation for our company social media accounts.

  • Create new social media campaigns from the ground up, considering our clients’ needs and their specific industries.

  • Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas and memes, review ROI against paid activities, then capitalise on those trends through our social media accounts.

  • Perform research into our clients’ industries and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding their reach in the digital space.

  • Assist with capturing and analysing social media metrics

Skills and Experience Wanted:

 

  • Enrolment in a Bachelor’s degree program required.

  • Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms.

  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative.

  • Flexible work schedule.

  • Hardworking and dedicated outlook.

  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.

  • Experience with content creation, even if not professionally.
