Acquisition Marketing Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Liverpool HQ / Hybrid Remote (UK)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing health tech startup. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to think strategically while also being hands-on and execution-focused. If you are passionate about marketing and want to make a real impact in a fast-growing health tech startup, we want to hear from you.
Job Description:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives

Track and analyse marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance and ROI

Manage our marketing budget, and ensure that all marketing activities are cost-effective and provide a strong return on investment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing

Identify and target key audiences, and develop relevant messaging and content to engage and convert them

Build out the marketing function and team from the ground up as the business grows

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and online advertising

Develop and execute events and PR campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive leads

Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategy
Requirments:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role

Experience of developing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and PR

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate reports and communicate team members and stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously

Experience of Mailchimp & CRM integration is a plus

Experience in health tech or related industry is a plus

Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
