Salary range based on experience: £30-38k

Your role will contribute to this purpose by leading the delivery of service to our customers. Installing & maintaining our Hydracare technology into care Organisations is a crucial role within Aquarate in order to drive impactful customer experiences, and help manage product delivery. This role will grow as the company does and so is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and technical minded individual to join the Aquarate team.

  • Installing and Maintaining Hydracare Technology

  • Audit customers connectivity infrastructure capabilities & implement improvements.

  • Work closely with the Customer Success Executive to ensure smooth collaboration with customers and report on issues, successes, and ideas for continuous improvement. 

  • Monitor and review the data flow at each site on an ongoing basis by working alongside software engineers; coordinate hardware troubleshooting and issue-solving when required.

  • Conduct basic Amazon Web Services actions (alongside software engineers) to help integrate Aquarate data with 3rd party telecare providers.

  • Liaise with 3PL to assist in managing logisitics

  • Help with company logistic strategies as the company grows.

  • Supporting the R&D Team by reporting to the Product Development Manager for continuous improvement or new innovation opportunities and work cross-functionally with the rest of the Aquarate team.

Skills & Experience

In order to succeed in this role, it’s likely you will be/have:

 

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a technical role or related field  

  • Ideally, a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience with IoT technologies

  • Strong understanding of networking is essential (involving the setup of BLE mesh networks, WIFI, LTE and Ethernet)

  • Experience working alongside an eclectic team of engineers

  • Tech and digitally savvy: proficient in problem identification, problem solving, finding root causes and acting accordingly

  • A natural drive to keep information and tasks organised 

  • An open thinker, ability to use initiative and evidence of smart decision making skills

  • Passionate about our business purpose and the communities we serve

  • Willing to learn new skills and relentlessly determined

  • Able to deal with constraints which are outside of your control

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Clear written and spoken communication skills with attention to detail

  • Must be flexible to travel nationally for product installation and customer support

  • Must hold a UK clean driving license
