Head of Sales

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a B2B health technology business that are true leaders in their field. The successful applicant will have autonomy over the direction of designing strategic sales plans, delivering sales growth against targets, and support in the direction of the company's growth plan. You’ll be working remotely with access to the Liverpool office.

 

Job Description:

 

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for planning and delivering the sales strategy, developing relationships with customers and identifying new markets for growth.

 

  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.

  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.

  • Develop and promote monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.

  • Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.

  • Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.

  • Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices

  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.

  • Establish a sales training program to train new employees.

  • Work closely with the CEO to assess company performance.

  • Work closely with the Product and Marketing team.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • An outstanding track record in sales with a proven sales cycle.

  • Experience working within the healthcare market

  • Proven track records of supporting company growth

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.

  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.

  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

  • A self-motivated and highly organised professional with proven managerial experience.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
