Position Overview:
Aquarate, a dynamic and innovative tech company that is reinventing hydration, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Graduate Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving new opportunities into the sales team, utilising LinkedIn and other types of outreach, developing a deep understanding of the market, and building valuable relationships with potential clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation whilst building an exciting career in technology.
About Aquarate:
Aquarate’s innovative smart cup and platform has been designed to enable healthy hydration and empower healthcare professionals with accurate and automated fluid data, so they can focus on what they do best - caring for people. Hydracare from Aquarate is a digital smart cup that effortlessly and automatically tracks every sip you take, down to the last millilitre.
We exist to reduce the number of dehydration related deaths that happen each year.
Responsibilities:

Lead generation: Help us to identify potential leads within the target market. Proactively generate leads through various channels, with a strong focus on outreach and networking.

LinkedIn outreach: Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to engage with prospects, initiate conversations, and promote Aquarate's products and services. Establish a strong online presence to enhance the company's reputation and reach a wider audience.

Market understanding: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hydration management sector. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities and position Aquarate as a market leader.

Building relationships: Develop and nurture meaningful relationships with potential clients, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers. Conduct effective communication to understand their needs, address concerns, and showcase how Aquarate's solutions can provide value.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and wider business to ensure a smooth handover of leads and provide them with necessary background information and context for successful follow-ups.

Target achievement: Set and achieve individual and team-based lead generation targets. Regularly report progress, metrics, and insights to the management team.

CRM management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities using the company's CRM system (Hubspot).
Requirements:

Interest in a career within the digital/SaaS tech/software arena

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish fruitful relationships with clients.

Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment.

Tech-savvy in building exposure and experience with digitals tools (CRM)

Recent Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
